Ok, I've been known to get a little carried away :)

I designed this rig to handle very heavy work loads. Water cooling seemed the way to go for this due to the extreme utilisation of certain components that are overclocked to give more output. The first photo taken while purging the cooling system without the video cards installed. Since the photos, I also fitted a ram cooler.

 

Below, a more complete unit without the side of the case attached.

 

Below is an old school rig with a refresh (new case). This provided better cooling for the unit as a whole. Air cooling only on this one, but still a nice overclock.
